Newbie

Tee: Thrifted Target, Skirt: Langford Market, Wedges: Nine West, Clutch: Jenny Packham, Belt: Diamente Designs
Every time I get paid, I try to buy something for myself. Most of my check goes towards the wedding and while it's been challenging, buying myself at least one thing keeps me sane. These wedges are my new purchase and they are pretty much my new favorite thing as well. I love the color block and the combination of colors. They have this simplicity to them yet they are the standout piece to my outfit...i love them. Have you gone shopping lately? What's your new favorite thing in your closet?

One of Those Things

Dress (worn as a top): Target, Skirt: Langford Market, Heels: Image, Purse: Marshalls
So this is the skirt that I just couldn't leave the store without when we went to Austin in January. It was one of those things that you knew if you left the store without it, you would regret it later. One of those things that when you went back home you would have thought..."gosh, this blouse would have looked really good with that skirt I didn't buy", so naturally I had to get it. I fell really hard for the double layer and mixture of textures...oh isn't it just the prettiest? I've been patiently waiting to wear it for a warm day. When that day finally came, me and Chris went out for lunch and a movie date <3

DIY // Gold Alphabet Magnets

Now that me and Chris will be moving in together soon, I've been thinking a lot about what we kind of things I would want in our place. I've always loved alphabet magnets and the idea of leaving a message on the refrigerator. I'm also kinda obsessed with gold, so spray painting these magnets gold seemed like the only right thing to do. Quick and easy...gotta love it.
Supplies: Alphabet Magnets & Spray Paint
I had thought light pink would be cute too but my can was messed up :(
Spray paint the letters...let dry and add a second coat.
If you want to be a bit more creative, try adding designs with a sharpie.
cute! Have fun mixing these up and leaving messages on the fridge.
