Twirling About

I'm really not sure what it is about this dress but as soon as I put it on, I can't help but be in a good mood. I get all silly and my inner child comes out and all I want to do is just twirl in circles and dance around. I guess playing dress up in something pretty makes me happy.

Casual Kind of Date Night Look

Look y'all I've finally got pants!! 

Ok maybe I'm a little over excited, but hey pants have been on my shopping list for a long time. Chris snapped these pics before going out for an evening date. Although I'm used to wearing skirts most of the time for date nights, I still felt a bit dressed up by pairing my pants with a jewel tone top that has fun sleeves and heels.

Last year for fashion night out, I got to dance in the finale of the fashion show. Even though this year I only got to be a spectator, it was so much fun to have a night with the girls and enjoy a night of fashion. So many beautiful clothes and while in Saks, I completely fell in love with the Alice + Olivia line and haven't been able to get this skirt out of my head. Did any of you end up doing anything...do tell.
